I paid $350 to have my cooling unit hooked up and refilled with freon, after being annoyed by his comments about my house and backhanded humor, he told me he gave me a "discount" on freon, then left after the temp in my unit hit 68 degrees! After calling him several times he finally answered only to say he done everything right and he'd come back out in a few days and check, after 2 weeks of no show and no answer; we enlisted the brother-in-law he so claimed that "didn't do his job and had to fire" to come out and fix it. Came the same day, an fixed it in 20 minutes :) HIRE THE IN LAW because this guy is a JOKE!!!!! I will lay in ice cubes before I hire this company again!!!!!
